Well. I sent my students an e-mail this morning letting them know we were pivoting to online today, because I don’t have the PCR results back, and I don’t want to risk this cold actually being COVID and my bringing it into our (fairly small and close quarters) classroom. That is all well and good.
I am weirdly tired and cranky for no particular reason and I really don’t want to drive into campus to teach today. On the other hand, I sewed a mask to match my autumn-y dress, appropriate to the rainy weather right now, so that’s something?
Rough day in various ways (woke up sad and stressed, then had big fight with a friend, made up by end of day, but still hard all day, plus other stuff too tedious to go into)… …but at least second day of teaching went well, and the students were duly impressed by my second matching
