So I did read about a hundred pages of that incorporation book before I went to sleep last night, and I think I'm going to go ahead and do the first-stage nonprofit incorporations on my own. It seems pretty straightforward. Depending on how that goes, I'll decide whether to hire a lawyer for the 501(c)3 applications. Don't suppose any of you are lawyers or legal experts? I do have a friend or two on tap who have done this before, but some of my questions are a little odd.

Took a while falling asleep, as expected. Had the oddest dream -- I was teaching at another school entirely; I'd come into the semester two days late, and I basically had to tell the students that the teacher before me had been totally incompetent, and that they should forget everything she told them. Weird. I'm not even going to try to interpret that one.
