Thursday night, Subramanian Shankar and Cynthia Franklin (University of Hawai’i English professors) took me out for delicious salad and pizza. The Funghi pizza was perfection. Not sure of the name of the restaurant — something with Brick in its name, I think! Sorry! Honolulu.
