Garden Log 3/27/22

I feel like a very geeky gardener with these — I ordered some interesting early spring bulb varieties (muscari, crocuses, mini daffodils) on Etsy this winter, chilled them for a few months, and now I’m trialing them in a bunch of random pots and things, labelled, to see if there are any I particularly like.

‘Trialing’ — that sounds so gardener-official. 🙂

I’d planned to start these a few weeks ago, so they’d be blooming indoors at the same time (or before) they’re blooming outside, but oh well, they’ll still be pretty in April. Hopefully. If they actually bloom. Fingers crossed!

These are all from EasytoGrow (https://www.etsy.com/shop/EasytoGrow)

Note to self:

– grape hyacinth azureum, latifolium, Siberian Tiger, armeniacum
– narcissus Pipit, Cheerfulness, Golden Bells, Rip van Winkle, Tete-a-Tete Double
– crocus chrysanthus Prins Claus
