I am apparently unable…

I am apparently unable to find boots that a) have zippers, b) are waterproof, c) fit my feet, d) fit my mighty muscled calves, e) are possibly warm enough that my toes don't start to ache, and f) cost less than two hundred dollars. SIGH.

On the other hand, I happened across a fashion tip online which made me realize that perhaps there is some point to fashion magazines after all, because it turns out that if you pull your socks OVER the bottoms of your pants, it's much easier to tuck them into your boots.

I know, I know, you've all known this forever, and it's also totally obvious if you take two seconds to think about, but I am not so knowledgeable with the lady tricks, and it was frankly a revelation.
