Argh. I am somehow stuck on this scene. She wants to get herself and her patients to safety. Maybe I just get her there, skip the traveling bit? And yet it feels like I ought to be able to have something productive happen in the traveling bit. I was about to write a fight between three of her family members, but a) I don't know what they'd by fighting about (I probably need to think about that), and b) maybe someone should just attack them instead?
