Roses from the garden -- Christopher Marlowe and Tess of the d'Urbervilles. I'm so happy that the roses are already doing well enough that I can cut flowers from them for the house. My William Shakespeare went nuts yesterday with the hot, sunny day -- at least twenty blooms bursting from bud. Glorious.
