On the home front: one load of dishes, done. Next load loaded. Pots left to wash. Two windowboxes filled with soil and salad greens finally planted, and looking much happier already to be out in the sunshine. Desk and end table cleared off. (Mostly by moving stuff to the dining table, but hey, we take progress where we can get it.) Now taking a tea and scone break, then Home Depot run, for some fasteners to keep our window boxes from crashing down on unsuspecting passersby.
