Lori's elephant and my heffalump, keeping each other company. As you can see, I made a big error in the pattern, skipping something like ten rows on the head. That might explain why mine ended up a heffalump instead of an elephant. I love Sir Edward anyway, though.
Seriously, those are the same patterns? I’ve seen the pattern in real life, but it is hard to believe it’s the same pattern.
Yup. I missed ten rows on the head (after the increase, before the decrease, which just built size); she also used a heavier yarn and a bigger hook, I think. Plus, she made the girl instead of the boy — skirt instead of scarf. 🙂
