Very nice lunch with relatives here; for the most part, made standard curry meal, but started off with a little appetizer of
steamed corn custards with crab, delicious, quite easy, yum. A veggie version that Kevin made would involve grilling or steaming some asparagus, dicing it and tossing with a touch of salt, and then using that to top the custard.
Now lots of working...need to get all my photocopying done for SH workshop and the class...
