That said, I didn't really mind doing it this month, and I'm going to set a few more up (once my fingers are rested), so that when we *do* find someone, they'll be working three months in advance, rather than at the last minute. I'd like to get the whole magazine to that standard, at some point; it gives us much greater flexibility in case of emergency (or other). Some departments are there already -- heck, I think poetry may be five or six months in advance. But others aren't, and as I have time, I'm going to be trying to get them there. If people are going to call us a prozine, we ought to act like a prozine, dangit, even backstage where you can't see us running around like crazy, hollering for a flashlight, stumbling over props, while a gloomy voice announces that the curtain will go up in three, two, one...
