A few weekends ago, Kavi…

A few weekends ago, Kavi and I flew to the East Coast to help celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. (Yes, she's very young! Married at 18, had me at 19.) It was hosted in my sister's fabulous New York apartment, or rather, we did the prep in her apartment, and then held the event in the building's very cool party room. A wonderful time was had by all, I think. Sorry I don't have the time to caption these right now. Mirna started posting her own photos (a few of the below are hers) this morning, which reminded me that I should get these up before Thanksgiving! :-) The second pic is me, arranging flowers Mirna picked. Mostly, there are a lot of photos of Miss Kavya.
