I'm at the point where I could use some feedback on the YA fantasy novel, I think. I have about 15,000 solid words, or 50-60 pages (depending on how you count). I
think I'm about a quarter of the way through the book. I have some questions which I could use answers to, as I move forward. (Along the lines of 'is this boring? if so, where?' and 'what are you most interested by?' and so on.)
So if you're someone who enjoys fantasy novels and if you're willing to look at a partial draft and give that kind of feedback, please let me know, either in the comments or by e-mail. I'd be looking for folks who can respond within a few days, since I'm trying to move forward fairly quickly with this book. No need for line edits at this stage! Thanks!
I’ll do it!
I’m up for it. I should be able to read it Tuesday night.
With all of love,
C. J. Czelling
I can most likely read it Tuesday night also. I should warn you that I find your writing very engaging, and so I am not likely to be a good judge of what others would think “boring.”
Heh. Praise is also very helpful, especially if it’s specific. It makes it less likely that I’ll decide something’s awful and just cut it. 🙂
David, I’m not sure I have your e-mail. If you could send it, please?
OK, I sent it to your non-public email address, along with a note on another matter.
