Birthday recap: Present! Kevin got me a pair of fabulous book earrings, which I love to pieces. Amusingly, he was a little worried that I might have already bought them for myself — I hadn’t, but I WAS actually already wearing the pair of Res Mirum earrings I HAD bought for myself (their medieval bestiary ones). I guess it was a very Res Mirum kind of day. 
(He was also worried they might be too heavy, but they are not.)
