Okay, I’m putting a ton of photos in this post, because we tried MANY items at this place — 4 Saints Palm Springs. Sorry a few of them are blurry — I didn’t want to make my friends eat cold food just so I could get a perfect photo!
Everything we had was very tasty, and if I ever come back to Palm Springs, I’d be very happy to come back to 4 Saints — let me see if I can list off everything we tried:
– Peads and Barnetts Pork Coppa, citrus yogurt, sunchoke, tomatillo jam, crunchies
I also tried TWO cocktails — their signature old-fashioned (with date liquor and mole bitters) was fine…
…but I LOVED the War of the Roses: Pims, roku gin, St. Germain, mint, lime, simple syrup, Peychaud’s bitters, etc. Gorgeously balanced. I could happily drink that every night.
The staff was also particularly friendly, funny, and attentive — when they realized how many photos I was taking, they even snuck us out to the private party room (where they apparently hosted the Obamas not that long ago!) so we could take group photos with an even better view.
Do note that even though it’s a ‘rooftop restaurant,’ only about half the restaurant is actually outside; the rest is under a roof, but open to the air through a big archway.
Oh, one last note — if you’re staying in the hotel (The Rowan), you can use the rooftop pool. But even if you’re not, there’s a nice rooftop bar if you want to hang out at night and star-gaze.
