Solstice Party at Christa and Alex’s! Roasted sweet potatoes with beet hummus was a surprisingly tasty combination, but the star of the dinner from my point of view was the creamy mushroom ravioli, with roasted tomatoes, loaded with wild mushrooms. SO GOOD. I’m going to be dreaming about that pasta dish.
