I really wish I’d taken the kids to the woods more over this last pandemic year — I did a bit at the beginning, but as the year wore on, I think I was just in coping mode, and it felt beyond me, even just driving over to local Thatcher Woods. But they’re really so happy when we do go there.
Here they are pretending to be air-benders and water-benders in battle. For some reason, our entire conversation as we wandered was Avatar-based.
