I would like to register a complaint about aging. Apparently, I can’t sleep solidly through the night now unless I take some kind of sleep aid. If I don’t take something, then I wake up every three hours, and generally can’t get back to sleep after I wake up the second time (after six hours). This would be fine (more time to get things done), except my body clearly still wants eight hours of sleep. There is a mismatch here between what my brain wants to do and what my body needs, and I feel that the aging calibration on this machine is faulty. Please address soonest.
Maybe try some form of meditation before bed?
A tiny bit of melatonin 30 to 45 minutes before bedtime works wonders for me. I estimate three tenths of a milligram. I don’t think anyone sells a capsule that small, so I take a bit of the powder out of a three milligram capsule.
