Sri Lankan crab curry recipe to the cookbook club. There was a crab curry recipe in the previous edition of my cookbook, but this one is radically revised, much closer to how my mother makes it (though not identical). If you like the old version, hang on to that edition! :-) But I think the new one is better. Thanks to my sister for helping me figure out my mom's recipe. Now, can I convince her to let me put the adorable photo of her in my cookbook? :-)
