I’m off to Kavi’s school…

I'm off to Kavi's school to help set up for the International Day festivities tonight. If you'd asked me a few years ago, or possibly several months ago, I would have said I didn't anywhere near enough spare time or energy to help out with school things. But Kavya is 5 now, and Anand is 3, and as a colleague said to me yesterday, once they're just a little older, it's a whole new world. As my kids get older, I hope I can remember just how exhausting the littlest ones can be, and remember to be compassionate to those who are still battling their way through the weeds.
