And yes, that’s a drink – I’m not a heavy drinker, but I have a school board meeting later this evening that I’ll be attending remotely, so I figured if I was going to have a drink today, I’d better do it early so I’d have plenty of time to sober up before the board meeting. That makes sense, right? 
The drink is a Horse Feather: Maker’s Mark, Lemon Juice, Angostura Bitters, Ginger Beer. Pretty good, if you like this kind of thing, which I do.
There will also be food, soon. I’m currently thinking a Creole gumbo…
