My office gets sort of neglected in the summer because it’s a little warm with all the windows, and I mostly am working out in the breezy writing shed or in the cool basement.
But I took some time to work on it Sunday, in preparation for the semester, trying to salvage my poor neglected succulents (some survived three months of neglect, some did not, alas) and straighten up the desk so I can actually work there. It’s going to be 100F tomorrow, so it might be a few weeks before I start really using it, but autumn is coming…
