Also, they have this green tea cream puff there, which is amazing — it’s a sweet cream on the inside, and a salted cream on the top, and it is SO tasty.
They say the salted cream is called a Chantilly cream in Hawai’i, but that’s not the same as what is typically known as a Chantilly cream, so that seems like it could lead to great confusion on the Great British Baking Show.
