Had a lovely dinner on Wednesday (yes, I’m a little behind with the travel blogging) with Subramanian Shankar, Shawna Yang Ryan, and several other University of Hawai’i folks at Maile’s Thai — three hours of great food, drink, and conversation!
I had the ‘Evil Princess’ curry, which was delicious, but now I don’t know why I don’t have an Evil Princess curry in my cookbook. What was I thinking???
