Feeling-sorry-for-myself Trader Joe’s raspberry mousse cake, a little sweet on its own and only faintly raspberry, but if you add fresh raspberries, it’s delicious.
I asked Kevin for two raspberries, which was good, but I think four would be better, and the right proportion for four bites of cake. I’ll know for next time.
