One more pouch — fewer mistakes this time, though I did forget to unzip it before sewing around the outside, which meant I had to pick out a few stitches so I could unzip, or I wouldn’t have been able to turn it inside out. Getting better, though! This is a cute 5″ x 7″ pouch — a nice size for toiletries, make-up, crafting notions, etc.
I’m going to take a break and have lunch, read for a while, because if I spend too long sewing, my back starts to hurt. (I almost feel like wearing a corset would help me sit up straight to avoid that problem…hmm…)
But I suspect I’ll make a few more zippered pouches today — I’d like to get to the point where I do at least one, start-to-finish, without making mistakes!
