I had pinned the sari blouse closed to try it on, but once I knew it fit, I went ahead and hand-sewed on the hooks and eyes. I thought it was going to be tedious, but it actually was kind of nice and meditative, and went quite fast — I think it took about one sit-com episode. (Re-runs of The Big Bang Theory were keeping me company through this sewing day.)
