The Anandotron

This is a Bakelizer, used to make Bakelite; the invention of Bakelite marks the beginning of the age of plastics. Bakelite was the first plastic invented that retained its shape after being heated.

You may not know that Bakelite was named after its inventor, Leo Baekeland. I tried to convince Anand that if he invented something, they could call it Anandwhytium. (His last name is Whyte.)

He thought The Anandotron would be a better name; I think he’s right.
