My students start their fiction critiques today, and I had mentioned earlier in the semester that at Clarion, we had a stuffed Cthulhu that you could hug when it was your turn to be critiqued, and one of my students this semester asked if we could have something like that for our class, so I said sure, I’d bring a stuffie in, but of course, I forgot, so I thought I’d stop by the school bookstore and see if they had anything, and our sports team is the Flames with a red dragon mascot, so I was sort of tempted by a dragon or dragon head, and some of the bears and other critters were pretty cute, but when I saw the Squishable kitty disguised as a dragon, I couldn’t resist.
