I used to not like mums, but it turned out that I just don’t like the yellow-toned ones. I’m not a big yellow-flower person, especially when the yellow goes brown-ish. But dark reddish-purple mums with silvery foliage? Delightful. These were planted early enough that they’ve perennialized happily, and have come back from last year.
