Every few hours I was at Gaylord Opryland hotel, I kept thinking, “Oh, I wish I’d brought Kevin and the kids!” And then I remembered, “Oh, right, Anand’s not vaccinated yet, that’s why I didn’t.”
And honestly, the array of pirate / princess activities they offer are probably geared a little more towards younger kids than mine. And the giant waterpark (Soundwaves) attached probably would be better suited to kids who were better swimmers / less scared of the water than mine. Sigh.
Mostly, I guess I’m saying if you’re going for a conference, and you have younger kids and/or kids who are great in the water, consider taking them. I think they’d have a blast.
