Okay, first day of summer-of-writing, 962 words. That’s not as much as I’d hoped, given that I blocked out 7 hours, in theory, for writing today. But in practice, I just got off a plane after four days away, and I had a host of stuff to do, in order to get my house (virtual and otherwise) in order.
If I write 1000 words / day for 80 days, I’ll still have a novel by the end of the summer. That’s the goal. Let’s see what happens.
