Going to the gym for five minutes of whirlpool, twenty minutes of swimming, five minutes of sauna does a LOT for reducing my stress levels. I've figured out how to fit it into my schedule Tues / Thurs, which is good. Am kind of wishing I could fit it in MWF too. Hm. It's nice to have the variety of an academic schedule that changes every quarter, but it does confuse the gym schedule somewhat. Also, I would like to learn how to swim properly. (I basically can only swim on my back. I know, it's pathetic. It will keep me alive, but it is exceedingly inelegant, and kind of slow.)
