Sri Lankans -- have any of you had pineapple curry? I was going to make pineapple fluff, but the mango fluff turned out really well, so now I'm thinking p.f. would be redundant, and am thinking vattallappam instead for the fourth dessert (along with coconut-covered milk toffee balls and homemade vanilla/rose/lime marshmallows). But now I have all this tinned pineapple. Have you tried this? Is it good?
