In all my dental stress, I forgot to note that the weather yesterday was GORGEOUS -- breezy and a little cool and just wanting to make you lie outside with a book all day and read. I did do a little of that (reading a book Alex recommended, Nightwatch, about Russian supernatural cops, sort of), and a little running around the park with an ecstatic dog. And it was blissful. Spring is my favorite, but I do love fall.
