  1. Slow and steady, Mary Anne. If you try to do much at first, you’ll end up either injured or frustrated (or both). It’s smart to start off really slow and gradually build momentum/ strength!

  2. I’ve done half an hour of Wii Fit three days in a row, and the latter 2 of those I have been SORE. Even though fully half the time I’ve been Deep Breathing or some other low-intensity thing. I am only now realizing how very sedentary I’ve been.
