Just a quick note to say that if you're a meat-eater who likes spice and sweet, I strongly recommend this fast pork medallions with chili-maple sauce. You do need to have some Chinese garlic chili sauce on hand, but if you don't already, it's worth getting a bottle to use for a variety of dishes. Kevin uses it all the time.

Start your rice. Chop some baby broccoli and garlic and put aside. See recipe: cut/pound/saute the meat, start reducing the sauce. Saute broccoli and garlic, toss in sauce. Pour sauce and broccoli over meat, serve with piping hot rice. Balanced dinner, twenty minutes, delicious. This is going to become one of our staple meals, I suspect.
