It's particularly interesting thinking about phrasings like this (from their FAQ) in the context of the pro/fan convention behavior debate:
"The rest felt it was 'normal' or that it 'wasn't a big deal', almost as if you expect it and, therefore, accept it."
I suspect a lot of people are culturally indoctrinated to react this way, and it's that very acceptance that is the most pernicious element of this problem, allowing it to continue to exist and propagate itself...
I particularly like the 'Did you ask for it?' clothing campaign...
