I’ve finally gotten to…

I've finally gotten to re-reading Saraswati -- I've just finished the fourth chapter, and you know what? It's good. If I picked this up in a store, I'd want to keep reading, want to know what happens next. I want to know now -- I haven't looked at this in many months, and I've forgotten an awful lot of the details. It's weird, when you read something you've written and are surprised by it.

I'm pretty sure this won't last -- if I remember right, it got pretty bogged down around chapter 9. But still, it's good to know that it has an appealing opening, a potentially solid base.
