Hey, guys -- I could really use a favor. Apparently, we're running into a snag with POD publishing -- Ingram isn't ordering copies of the cookbook until online sales pick up (which means it can't get into bookstores, even if people request them). So I would really appreciate it if:
- if you were going to buy a cookbook (or three), you go ahead and order it from Amazon
- if you've already bought one, and liked it, if you could *please* leave some positive feedback in the reader comments section at Amazon
- or, if you've eaten my cooking (the Sri Lankan stuff), and liked it, if you could leave some positive feedback about that in the reader comments section?

Mary Anne, I ordered a couple of copies of the cookbook from Amazon and they can’t seem to get them shipped.
They do, however, acknowledge the existence of the book… this is progress.

This is very odd. According to my sources, the books should be available. Let me know what Amazon says. When was the order placed?
