I have a very random story research question. It requires some knowledge of modern Moslem practice. The question is -- given that Moslems are supposed to pray (kneeling?) five times per day, facing Mecca (and assuming I got all that right, which I'm not at all sure I did), then are there any special practices (or exemptions thereof) for Moslems who are doing a long plane flight? Are they just supposed to pray in their seats? Do they worry about time zones?
This is for a very fluffy light sf story idea that's been kicking around in the back of my head. I'm getting frustrated enough with the academic stuff (finished the Eagleton, but for some reason, found it v. difficult to force myself through, despite its shortness) that I may actually take a little fiction writing break, just to cheer myself up.
This might answer the question (I think):

Perfect! Thank you, Jon!
