I'm going to watch a little tv, then go to sleep. I can finish the Spivak in the morning. Plan for tomorrow:
- finish Spivak
- finish notes on stack of (11) books next to computer, about two hours of work, then file books on 'completed' shelf
- order copy of Ian Watt's The Rise of the Novel, which isn't on my list, but which Francois recommended I should read -- also probably Bronowski and Mazlish's Western Intellectual Tradition
- buy plane tickets to fly to Utah and actually take my exam
- read Derrida's Writing and Difference
Hmm...maybe I'll buy the books before bed. That would be constructive, and I think just barely within my capabilities. Will give it a go, anyway.
