Was feeling totally cruddy and exhausted, just ready to weep. Realized my long traffic-filled drive to an appointment upcoming was actually optional, and could be rescheduled, and I had the option of just going home. So I did, and one mas paan + one cup of hot sweet milk tea later, I am feeling infinitely better. Still tons of work to do today, but I am so grateful to have the option of doing it from home. And now Kevin is bringing Kavya home from the bus, and I can collect some six-year-old kisses before I go back to work. Bliss.
