Steve says that anyone who prepays by check, money order, or PayPal (he's not currently set up to take credit cards through PayPal) by December 5 would get free priority mailing; the books will be available to be shipped out December 15th, so if you do priority mail, you'll have it a week before Christmas. If you order after December 5th, you can always pay for priority mailing yourself. If you choose not to, we can't guarantee receipt -- it'll be entirely dependent on the vagaries of the US Mail. Which usually isn't so vagaried, but Christmas is a crazy time for the poor mailmen.
Oh, and hey -- I'm going to go buy bookplates and sign them and send them to Steve for addition to the cookbook, so in some sense, these should be special signed editions. :-)
We should have formal ordering pages up shortly for both of these books, but if you want to get your request in early, you can drop Steve a note at Lethe Press and indicate your interest. We're planning on pricing the books at $12 for the cookbook and $15 for the SH Best Of -- I'm not entirely clear if there are any other charges on top of that. You'd have to ask Steve.
