Simple Dinner in Kauai

I sautéed some salmon in onions, garlic, ginger, seasoned with salt and pepper, and ate it over rice with a good dose of Hawaiian chili pepper sauce (apple cider vinegar, fermented Hawaiian chili peppers, carrots, sweet onion, garlic, Hawaiian sea salt). Alex’s property has various birds hanging out. A hummingbird is feeding on a flowering tree outside my guest room window.
