Chai-spiced pumpkin muffins with chocolate chips. They are very delicious, and my kids have been devouring them, but I forgot the baking soda, oops! So they didn’t rise properly. We were so tired last night that none of us felt up to cooking, so we ordered Thai food. I always feel a little silly ordering Thai curries, because I usually like mine better than the local restaurants (no shade to them — just a question of style / taste). But it was nice to
