Excellent dinner at Sazón with various Santa Fe writer friends.
Standouts were the sopa de amor and the dulce sinfonía dessert — both blew me away. The Camaron-Tini was also yummy — “colossal white shrimp from Gulf of Mexico / light crispy batter / sweet Thai chili aioli”.
The grasshopper tacos were…well, interesting, but I was just fine eating only one out of three. I know insects are full of protein and eating them is probably key to long-term survival of humanity, but I am happy to leave them to my descendants.
