Paper dosa in Santa Fe

Dinner last night at Paper dosa in Santa Fe — very yummy and recommended. Standouts for me were the chunky idli fries (nice heat to them, and a cool concept that tasted yummy) and the dahi vadai (first pic), but everything was good, including the classic masala dosa. I did have to ask for something spicy for my dosa, but they delivered with a powerful mango-habanero sauce with a lingering burn — enjoy with caution!

Alec Nevala-Lee reports that his shrimp yellow curry was delicious; I was waffling between that and dosa, but I can make a great shrimp yellow curry, and I am too lazy to make dosa very often. 🙂

Liked the place enough that I would happily go back this week to try various other things on the menu, though I suspect we’ll opt for a variety of restaurants (or just cooking) instead.
