Elephant March custom aprons

This was fun — someone asked about the possibility of a custom order — she wanted a set of Elephant March potholders, tea towels, and an apron for a friend. But the friend was tall, so she asked if I could make it longer (no problem!), and if I could extend the ties so they could tie in front (also no problem!). Eliana kindly modeled it for me.

I’m thinking we could add a listing in the Serendib shop for custom orders like this; I’m happy to sew aprons out of any Spoonflower fabric, which gives people an enormous range of possibilities, with lots of geeky, literary, etc. patterns. They’ll need to cost a bit more than normal, since it’s print-on-demand pricing, but that’s what you get with custom, I think. Would people be interested?

Pattern same one I used before for the adorable kid version (which sold in a holiday market for someone’s grandchild, as I’d hoped!): https://www.etsy.com/…/reversible-apron-sewing-pattern…
