So, I won’t claim that this United airplane burger ($10) was good, exactly — the bread was chewy, which is I think pretty inevitable given that it’s heated up (microwaved?) inside a paper bag. But it was surprisingly not bad — caramelized onions, decent burger itself, everything seasoning on the bread. With some red wine ($9 or $10, can’t remember), it made for a pretty decent in-flight meal.
